Mom/Baby Yoga

Who says you need a sitter to get back in shape? Practice yoga poses that tone and stretch your body while playfully bonding with your new baby.
  • Connect with other moms as you share ideas and information
  • Feel free to feed and soothe your baby as needed
  • Babies 5 weeks to crawling are welcome

Please bring your own mat and baby blanket. A four week committment is required.

Prental Yoga

Come relax, stretch and strengthen while getting to know other pregnant moms in the community.  Please bring a yoga mat.
Through gentle yoga postures, meditation and breath work, you will gain emotional and physical strength preparing you for childbirth. Share the different stages, joys and challenges of pregnancy with other women in your community.

Learn to:

  • Trust your body wisdom
  • Relax body, mind and breath
  • Feel grounded, centered and balanced
  • Open hips and pelvis
  • Deepen your relationship with your baby

Please bring your own mat.

Pre-registration is required for a 6-week session. There are 8-weeks to complete the 6 classes.
