BirthMark Support and Discussion Groups
Many people find their parenting experiences to be very different from what they had expected. At BirthMark, you will find the the supportive community you're looking for. Years of supporting many, many families has given us an excellent knowledge of the challenges often faced by new parents. Our discussion and support groups offer a sense of community in a non-judgmental, comfortable atmosphere. Your baby is always welcome at BirthMark. All of our support groups are facilitated by knowledgeable BirthMark staff members with expertise in the topics discussed.
Gatherings and Groups
Movers and Shakers (older babies): Tuesdays, 11 am
New Parents' Support Group: Thursdays, 2 pm and Saturday 1 pm
Breastfeeding Support Group: Wednesdays, 1:30 pm. Our Wednesday group has developed
the feel of an open house. Parents can feel free to arrive at whatever time suits their
and their babies' schedule, starting at 1pm
Teen Parents' Support Group: Friday 4 pm
VBAC Support Group: 4th Friday of each month at 11 am
Celebrate Homebirth Gatherings: Second Thursday of each month for a communal lunch, support and community
