Support and Counseling Services

Many people find their parenting experiences to be very different from what they had expected. At BirthMark, you will find the the supportive community you're looking for. Years of supporting many, many families has given us an excellent knowledge of the challenges often faced by new parents. In response to these observations, we offer the following:

• Support groups for new parents, breastfeeding, and sleep
• Our Sleep Lecture Series offering information, counseling and support services to parents and their little ones
• A weekly brown bag chat with the experts where an important topic for parents is presented and discussed.
• Private and in-clinic lactation counseling
• Birth and postpartum doula services

We're here to help. While often challenging, the experience of parenting is made easier by knowledgeable professional support and a community of friends. Our discussion and support groups offer a sense of community in a non-judgmental, comfortable atmosphere. Your baby is always welcome at BirthMark. All of our support groups are facilitated by knowledgeable BirthMark staff members with expertise in the topics discussed. Several support groups are free of charge.
