This weekly informal group will include an expert speaker to discuss topics such as car seat safety, cloth diapering, educational options, and more - a true diversity of topics. After a brief overview, experts will be available for Q&A and discussion. Babies, partners, and toddlers are welcome. Registration is highly recommended to reserve your space. Poetry and music that are sure to help you feel good about yourself! And tips for being your body's friend. Led by a BirthMark mom who is also a specialist in the field. Let's take some time to visit, honor ourselves, and explore. Mothers of all ages welcome - aspiring, expecting, new...grandmas.


Friday, March 11th: Women's bodies, women's challenges: prevention and healing for women Pelvic Floor Health and Recovery
Speaker: Anne Duch, PT

If you have even been pregnant or given birth, either by cesarean or vaginally, this class is an absolute must. Many women report finding answers to long-term discomforts after a conversation with Anne. Come see for yourself!

Children are welcome to attend. Parents should use their judgment as to their child's comfort within a "grown up" forum with possible space limitations.
